  1. Yes, I am wondering whether you were the Craig Gallaway who was a Youth Pastor at First Methodist Carrollton Texas in the early 1970s. If so, you lead me to Christ and I want to say thank you. If not, sorry for the bother. Blessings.

    • Terry, Yes, and hello again. I am “that” Craig Gallaway. How good it is to hear that I played a part in our Lord’s calling in your life. And good also to hear that you are still learning to walk in faith and partnership with him and his Spirit at work in your heart and life. I live now in Alabama, having traveled and worked in a number of places in the intervening years. In addition to this “Faith and the Arts” site, I also have a gallery of artwork online at Fine Art America. My wife, Deborah, and I are also still learning all the time about what it means to walk in faith and obedience (Philp. 2:5-11) especially in these days of cultural and spiritual warfare in our society. The key for us is always to bring every issue and every decision to the one who has conquered sin, death, and evil, and to seek his guidance and counsel concerning what we should think, what we should do, and how we should live (Rom. 12:1-2). Isn’t it a great comfort and encouragement to know that we have him in our corner supplying both wisdom and knowledge and power so we can be the people, his people, and the kind of people he wants us to be for the New Creation! I will close this brief reacquaintance note with a phrase that Deb and I often use to sum up how we see our lives and to wish those for whom we care the very best hope that we know: for, Terry, we wish you continuing faith and strong confidence that like us you are ………”On the road of New Creation, under the banner of the King” Craig and Deb
